This is a great product and some thing I used/borrowed from the Tennis club, it was that good I decided to buy one myself. Unfortunately I collected this for the store, unwrapped it at home, and it was covered in thick Clear Parcel tape. That I cannot remove from the plastic tube. it looks awful....very disappointed. I contacted customer services straight away and I'm still waiting for a reply back. I'll not be buying again from Decathlon.

Thank your for your message. And please accept our apologies for this inconvenience. This is not the usual experience we want our customers to go through.
This taping is not something you should use your product with. I suggest that you return to the nearest DECATHLON store where a vendor will exchange this defective model free of charge for a compliant product.
Please, before you go for exchange, check with the store they have the item in shelves, as not all of them would.
