Вцелом пояс удобный. На полумарафоне не засохнешь. В карман свободно помещается пара 60-грамовых гелей. Но всё портит привкус пластика бутылок. Если вода находится в ёмкости дольше получаса, в тепле (а когда ты бежишь - фляги именно в тепле), появляется отчётливый, неприятный вкус пластика. Пояс использую больше года, за это время привкус пластика стал слабже, но чувствуется отчетливо и неприятно. Так что пояс советую, но с оговорками.

The bottle holder doesn't fit even a 500 ml water bottle. Had to return it for the same reason.

The water belt is easy to wear and lightweight. The water bottles are only small but sufficient for sipping water on long runs. Additional bottles can be added to the belt. I’m using the belt on long runs where I do have access to other water as well. The zip pocket has room to fit a normal size iPhone and energy bar. I’ve been very happy with this product and it is good value for money.
