It's as well made as original shimano mtb spd cleats and has more float angle and less tight. Which means your ankle angle while cleated in has more movement. This is much better when you ride trails with obstacle and tight turns when you need to shift your body constantly.
The shimano ones lock your ankle to a very small angle,limiting movement.
But even with more float and free play, it is secure enough to do jumps and drops in Bt Timah trail. But note that I drop my heels on the pedals while doing these bumpy sections to add more security.
Perhaps only road riders and smooth trail riders might not like them as the freeplay robs you of a little power transfer. But it's ever so marginal.

Fitted it on the shoes at decathlon itself, didn't work, took forever to get into the pedal. Took it to a bike shop fixed it again, didn't work. In the end have to get a proper pair of shimano, no issues at all!
