В фирме RADBUG мы разрабатываем изделия для занятий на 4 уровнях: Новичок, Начинающий, Опытный и Эксперт.
- Первооткрыватель: Вода до пупка, без ласт, пеноматериал <50 см, движение за счет толчка ногами о дно, начало волны до доски. Удовольствие и первые ощущения (бодиборд с ручками).
- Уровень начинающего спортсмена: Легкие виражи на волнах < 1 м, движение с ластами. Приоритет обучение спорту.
- Уровень опытного спортсмена: Волны до 1,50 м, больше скорости и начало изучения фигур (360°, El Rollo и т. д.).
- Уровень эксперта: Все виды волн, изучение фигур, в т.ч. в воздухе: ARS, 360°, труба и т. д.
- Уровень начинающего спортсмена: Легкие виражи на волнах < 1 м, движение с ластами. Приоритет обучение спорту.
- Уровень опытного спортсмена: Волны до 1,50 м, больше скорости и начало изучения фигур (360°, El Rollo и т. д.).
- Уровень эксперта: Все виды волн, изучение фигур, в т.ч. в воздухе: ARS, 360°, труба и т. д.
Хороший баланс между комфортом и гребком для начинающих бодибордеров.
Комфорт обеспечивается более мягким материалом калоши.
Гребок обеспечивается жесткостью поверхности плоскости: более жесткий материал и боковые ребра.
Симметричная форма обеспечивает хороший баланс ласт и меньшую нагрузку на колени.
ВАЖНО ЗНАТЬ: Ассиметричные ласты обеспечивают более мощный гребок, но создают дополнительный закручивающий момент на уровне колен.
Для дополнительного комфорта используйте неопреновые носки.
Гребок обеспечивается жесткостью поверхности плоскости: более жесткий материал и боковые ребра.
Симметричная форма обеспечивает хороший баланс ласт и меньшую нагрузку на колени.
ВАЖНО ЗНАТЬ: Ассиметричные ласты обеспечивают более мощный гребок, но создают дополнительный закручивающий момент на уровне колен.
Для дополнительного комфорта используйте неопреновые носки.
Правильно выбирайте размер ласт. Примерьте ласты перед покупкой.
Ваша стопа должна фиксироваться без сжатия. Задний ремешок должен быть в контакте с пяткой, а пальцы ног не должны быть согнуты.
Использование неопреновых носков для комфорта и/или тепла требует еще полразмера. Не стесняйтесь производить примерку с носками и без них перед покупкой.
Рекомендуется использовать лиш для ласт (лиш 500 или 900, приобретается отдельно). Использование лиша оказывает влияние в полразмера в большую или меньшую сторону.
Использование неопреновых носков для комфорта и/или тепла требует еще полразмера. Не стесняйтесь производить примерку с носками и без них перед покупкой.

Four of us tried wearing an XL pair of these whilst bodyboarding in Royan.. Our feet sizes range from 8-13 but none of us found them anything but very uncomfortable and they were quickly removed. They remain in France.
