Collected the tools from the Punggol Waterway Point. I was not aware that there should be a pair tire removal tools. I collected it thinking it was without and at the same time the staff that I collected it from also didn’t mentioned it as he had emptied the whole delivery pouch infront of me. I only found out a few weeks later when I was browsing the website again.

We suspect that it might have fallen out from the original packaging.
I would recommend you to head down to any of our experience stores (Singapore Lab, Orchard, City Square Mall, Bedok or Joo Koon) to do an exchange.

Product is good and versatile, however removing it from the plastic case is a little tricky, I feel it could break, however the overall range of items is great

The size is quite big (bigger than my computer mouse), it has 21 tools inside including a chain breaker, spoke tool, tyre levers and crank tool. I like it as it's basically giving you to customise which bits, keys and levers to bring with you depending on the type of ride (eg. short ride vs. touring) and you'll be pretty much covered. It's protected by a rubber sheath and weighs >300 grams, but then you could choose what to bring. Very pleased with this flexibility and longer grip will provide a better torque vs. the usual all-in-one-flip-it-out tools.
